Kane thought he had increased the lead for Spurs when he added a third, but this has been denied by VAR.
Just when Spurs thought they had done enough to take all three points, Man City received a penalty from VAR after Romero had managed to center Bernardo Silva in the box.
Algerian playmaker Ria Marez skillfully stepped in to equalize for the reigning champions in the second half.
Spurs were about to laugh one last time, however, when Kane scored three minutes later, banging his head in a dramatic third to seal victory for Antonio Conte’s men.

The hosts dominated the game from start to finish but Spurs defended well and took their chances when they came on.
Great performance by North London, who avoided a fourth consecutive league defeat since November 2004 with this result.
With this result, Manchester City lost at home for the first time in 112 days, a streak of 15 games in the PL.
Spurs move up to seventh place in the PL with 39 points, four points from bottom in the Champions League, two games behind.
City are now just six points clear of second-placed Liverpool, who beat Norwich City early and have fewer games.
