Reports have surfaced suggesting that Anyim Vera, the individual who gained attention following her testimony at Dunamis International Gospel Center, DIGC, and faced allegations of dishonesty, has been taken into custody by the police.

It’s been said that Vera was apprehended by the Nigeria Police Force on Tuesday, allegedly due to a breach of conduct.

To refresh memories, Vera’s story became widely known after the Senior Pastor of the church, Dr. Paul Enenche, interrupted her testimony during a service at the Church Headquarters.

Enenche, surprised by what he perceived as errors in her English, raised questions in an attempt to clarify matters.

In response, Vera mentioned that she had obtained a BSc in law from the National Open University of Nigeria, which led to the pastor dismissing her and labeling her testimony as untrue.

However, Enenche later apologized to her, clarifying that his intention was never to embarrass Vera when he intervened during her testimony.

Following the incident, Vera turned to Nigerians for financial support to secure better housing.

She expressed concerns about the safety and adequacy of her current living arrangements, indicating they were no longer suitable for her circumstances.
