Just days after the famous singer Zlatan Ibile launched his new clothing line, Aba market traders have reportedly begun pirating and mass-producing his designs.
Recently, Zlatan introduced his ‘Zanku To The World (ZTTW)’ clothing brand with a grand opening event attended by numerous celebrities, including Davido, Mercy Eke, Odunlade Adekola, and Brodashaggi.
However, within a few days of the launch, counterfeit versions of the ZTTW outfits have been spotted at the largest fashion market in Aba.
A viral video shows these pirated versions being produced in large quantities and sold in bulk at the market.
The appearance of the counterfeit ZTTW clothing has sparked widespread reactions on social media. Many people have expressed their dismay, arguing that it is unfair to undermine Zlatan Ibile’s business in this way.
