In the video, Governor Yusuf, who was present at the venue, extended his hand for a handshake after exchanging pleasantries with Kwankwaso. However, Musa hesitated and refrained from reciprocating the gesture. Instead, the governor ended up patting his shoulder as a form of greeting.
