Ronaldo questioned his son’s success as a professional footballer in 2020 when he questioned his dietary preferences.
Speaking at the Global Football Awards ceremony, he said: “We’ll see if my son becomes a great footballer, he’s not ready.

“Sometimes he drinks Coca-Cola and Fanta and eats chips and knows I don’t like it.

“Sometimes I tell my son to go for a swim in cold water to recuperate from running on the treadmill, and he’s like, ‘Dad, it’s so cold in there.’ It’s normal, he’s 10 years old.”

Ronaldo, who is now at Manchester United which is considered one of the best academies, will now continue his development as a professional footballer.
