Egypt lead trainer Carlos Queiroz is anticipating Tuesday”s conflict against the Super Eagles of Nigeria, reports Completesports.com.
The Pharaohs will confront the Super Eagles in Group D’s initial game at the Stade Roumde Adjia, Garoua.
Queiroz communicated his fervor at confronting the Super Eagles, who as per him are perhaps the most grounded group in the opposition.
“It’s an incredible joy to confront Nigeria in the initial game. We need to confront the most grounded groups in the competition,” Queiroz said in his pre-match public interview.
“Nigeria is an exceptionally solid group, yet we have no protests. It’s great 100% of the time to contend with football monsters.
“We have a ton of players that are contending among themselves for a beginning position, and that is incredible in light of the fact that we came here to play seven games.
“Our desire is exceptionally basic. Win all the matches,” the Portuguese mentor finished up.
The game will check the 10th conflict among Egypt and Nigeria in the AFCON, with the Pharaohs coming on top multiple times, losing in three, and two closure in a draw.
