Amid the increasing cost of food and economic challenges in Nigeria, Pastor Odumeje has promised to reduce the price of rice, just as he previously lowered the exchange rate of the dollar against the naira.
During a recent service at the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, the General Overseer addressed the issue of inflation affecting the country.
Pastor Odumeje highlighted that food prices have become excessively high, making it difficult for the average person to afford basic meals. He cited the sharp rise in the cost of essential foods, particularly rice.
The preacher, who reportedly succeeded in reducing the dollar’s price once before, vowed to do the same for rice, a staple food in Nigeria.
In his sermon, he also criticized other religious leaders who remain silent about the hardships their followers face. Pastor Odumeje emphasized that as a Man of God, it is his duty to address and alleviate the suffering of his congregation.
