Expressing his outrage, VeryDarkMan criticized the pastor’s actions, questioning whether such conduct is in line with the teachings of Jesus. He pointed out the apparent contradiction of Pastor Ebuka collecting tithes and offerings while failing to demonstrate the principles he preaches.

Drawing a parallel between Pastor Ebuka’s behavior and that of the Pharisees who opposed Jesus, VeryDarkMan underscored the stark difference between the pastor’s actions and the compassionate, forgiving nature exemplified by Christ.

In his statement, VeryDarkMan directly addressed Pastor Ebuka, stating,

“Pastor Ebuka Obi of Zion Ministry, You are a Lie Lie Pastor. You locked up a man named Ijele in prison for 40 days simply because he called you a fake pastor online. As a pastor, is this how Jesus would have behaved? You collect tithe and offering, but you don’t practice what you preach. Jesus would never incarcerate someone for questioning his authenticity. The Pharisees treated Jesus far worse.”
