Nollywood actor Nosa Rex has issued a stern warning to his colleague, Ruby Ojiakor, after she publicly criticized him for allegedly using the late Junior Pope’s passing as content for his videos.

Nosa Rex blasts Ruby Ojiakor for calling him out

According to a report by Gistreel, Ruby Ojiakor, a close friend of the deceased actor, accused Nosa Rex of exploiting Junior Pope’s death for personal gain, even though the actor had just passed away.

In response, Nosa Rex clarified that the video in question was not meant as content but was a real situation that occurred on set. He explained that he had refused to enter the water for a scene, which led to a complete rewrite of the script. He emphasized that he was trying to convey a message through the video, and he believed some viewers understood its significance. However, he suggested that Ruby’s strong feelings for Junior Pope influenced her reaction.

Nosa Rex issued a direct warning to Ruby Ojiakor, advising her to respect herself and not to provoke him further.

In his words: “Dear Ruby, normally I don’t owe you any explanation for the video. But I will let you know so that people will read. That video was a real situation on set. I refused to enter the water, and they had to change the entire script. I was trying to pass a message and I’m sure some people saw the message. But because you love JP too much, you decided to call me out. Madam, respect yourself. Try not to piss me off. I won’t warn you again. For the people who really know me, I am content myself. I don’t chase it.”
