A Nigerian woman named Daniella has sparked considerable discussion by announcing her intention to marry for money after witnessing the lavish wedding of Davido and Chioma.
The couple’s wedding, known as ‘Chivido 2024,’ took place in Lagos on Tuesday, June 25th, drawing immense attention on social media due to its extravagance and star-studded guest list.
Using the social media platform X, Daniella shared that her perspective on marriage has dramatically changed.
Reflecting on the grandeur of the event, she declared her plan to prioritize financial stability over love in her marriage choices.
“With what I’ve seen today, I’m sorry I’ll be marrying for money,” Daniella wrote.
‘Chivido 2024’ was graced by many notable figures, including former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, the Ooni of Ife, and famous businessmen such as Obi Cubana, Cubana Chiefpriest, E-Money, and Jowi Zaza.
