Davido Announces First London Festival “Davido and Friends”

The entertainment scene is buzzing as Davido reveals plans for his first London festival, titled “Davido and Friends.” The event is set to take place this summer at the iconic Crystal Palace Bowl.

The announcement was made on March 23, 2026, through his social media pages, instantly exciting fans. Described as his only outdoor performance in London this summer, the show promises more than just music. It is expected to deliver a full cultural experience on Friday, August 14, 2026.

What to Expect

The festival will be hosted at Crystal Palace Bowl in South London, a 15,000 capacity open air venue that has been known for hosting major concerts since the 1960s.

Under the “Davido and Friends” concept, Davido will headline the event while also curating the full lineup. Although the guest artists have not yet been revealed, fans are already expecting a mix of international stars and rising Afrobeats acts.

The show is part of the “Palace Bowl Presents” summer series, which runs from late July to mid August and will feature other performers such as Bastille, The Wombats, and Kirk Franklin.

This will also be Davido’s first major London appearance since releasing his 2025 album 5ive. Fans can look forward to hearing newer songs like “Offa Me” and “Awuke” alongside popular hits such as “FIA” and “IF.”

  • Pre sale for Mastercard and O2 Priority users begins on March 25 at 10 AM GMT
