New Record: Nigerian lady breaks Guinness World Record for longest interview

Clara Chizoba Kronborg, a Nigerian woman, has broken the world record for the longest interview ever. She talked for an incredible 55 hours and 24 seconds, beating the previous record of 37 hours and 44 minutes.

This comes following the period when Tunde Onakoya just broke the Guinness world record for Chess marathon by paying straight 60 hours to displace former holder.

Clara, who now lives in Spain, hosts a talk show on YouTube. This achievement has given her show a big boost in popularity.

Growing up in poverty in Onitsha, Nigeria, Clara was inspired by the idea of success. That’s why she chose 90 different people from all over the world to interview for over 55 hours. These people came from diverse backgrounds and had different careers.

In her own words, Clara said, “This record attempt was about bringing together diverse individuals, sharing their inspiring narratives, and forging meaningful connections on a global scale. I am committed to amplifying voices, particularly those of hardworking women, and using their stories to inspire others facing similar challenges.”

Breaking the record wasn’t easy. Clara had to deal with painful menstrual cramps and ended up wearing adult diapers because she drank too much water to keep her voice clear.

But despite the challenges, Clara achieved her goal and has become one of Nigeria’s influential figures on the world stage.
