David Adeleke, the Nigerian singer and owner of DMW label, stirred a debate with his bold assertion concerning the assets of his family, the Adelekes. Davido, who had earlier shared a video where fans gifted him $600,000, confidently stated that his family is in possession of approximately four power plants, which actively participate in meeting the nation’s energy demands.

During an interview with Business Untitled, the renowned artist, also known as the “Unavailable crooner,” disclosed that the Adeleke family’s plant assumes responsibility for distributing electricity across various regions of Nigeria. In his own words, “Me and my family have like four power plants worth like a lot of money. We distribute energy to most of Nigeria.”

While discussing both his family’s business ventures and personal investments, Davido mentioned his brief venture into cryptocurrency, citing its popularity in Nigeria.
