A Nigerian lady recently vented her frustrations and shared screenshots of a chat with her mother, who demanded a share of the N1.5M cash gift her father had given her.

The lady, known as @Nikki_be25 on TikTok, shared her experience of how her father regularly supports her financially. In one of the chats she posted, she mentioned to her father that she needed N70K for skincare products. Her father responded generously, sending her N200K to cover the skincare costs and provide some pocket money.

In another conversation, her father gifted her a substantial sum of N1.5M, asking her to let him know if it wasn’t sufficient.

However, shortly after receiving this generous gift, her mother messaged her demanding a portion of the money as well as an additional N5K for data. @Nikki_be25 responded by telling her mother to ask her father directly for the money she wanted.
